Dekton Argentium is made by Cosentino located in Spain. Inspired by Venetian stucco, Argentium takes color hues from the moon with its silvery tones and resembles traditional lime stucco. This product is available in 2cm or 8mm thickness and a matte finish. Standard slab size is 56″x126″.
Clean Dekton surfaces with a neutral cleaner or a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. For stains that harden as they dry, such as food or gum, gently scrape it off the surface with a blade or putty knife and then wipe down with soap and warm water. For metal marks or stubborn items, a glass cooktop cleaner may be used.
Dekton is extremely resistant to large fluctuations in temperature, both to heat and cold. However, it is recommended to always use a trivet as heat could transfer from the hot item to the surface and could cause a burn.
To prolong the use of your knives, always use a cutting board. Cutting directly on Dekton counterops could dull your knives.
